Im mostly quiet except i do talk outloud to God and pray ... Bible Studyier ... i knit and crochet ... would like to learn how to be a vandwelling nomadic desert boondocker if a possibility because im facing a housing crisis most likely in two years ... i might have to start out learning how to be a vandweller in city as safe as is possible ... at this time my first obstacle is to get a drivers license ... so that means buying the vehicle first without a license and getting insuran plus taking the test ... im 60ish and get social security income below 1000
 
Jeanie I don't know where you are, but here in Tx you can get a DL by using a friend's insured car and sighning an afidavit of non ownership (of a car) is that possible in your state? I would ask at your DL issuing authority
