I quit drinking coffee 3 1/2 months ago, and haven't slipped at all. (I know, I know.....I Quit drinking COFFEE???!!!!)
just didn't want the addiction anymore.
plus, it was my lead up to my New Year's Resolution.........SUGAR!
I quit eating sugar on NYD. Haven't slipped there either.
Not gonna be a nazi about it though. There are just way too many foods that have tons of sugar in 'em these days, so I'm simply not going to be eating handfuls of chocolate chips like I used to do, and I'll avoid sugar as much as I reasonably can.
