Watch Wells latest video. Have sold my home. Have no one here to act as physical address. Bob says DOT cannot discriminate against vandwellers, and I need to find social service to apply as a "client". So, how to find such a service in Nevada, is there a time limit to apply, get license, etc?

Your drivers license bureau can tell you how long after you change/leave an address before you must formally change your address on your drivers license.

I would suggest calling the nearest homeless shelter regarding applying as a client, and if they cannot help you they should be able to direct you elsewhere.
