My Newest Spot

S TX, really South, like maybe 15 min walk 2 border 4 my tired, old, gimpy self.
Free, unlimited duration, hot shower, flush toilet, water, dump & dumpster. Does it get any better ?

Oh yeah, there's a washer (donation suggested - 1 long termer figured buying a washer cheaper than going to nearest laundromat)
Solar clothes drying
An small pavilion w/electric for charging devices (for those w/o solar), built by a few long termers. Has a bulletin board, small microwave & a small cupboard of books.
The dump is for holding tanks (not trash).

No 1's in charge. The grounds & facilities are kept up by the residents. The county covers the dumpster, electric & water (I assume).
From tents to class A's & everything in between. Some of the tents have Holiday lights - twas kinda kewl, walking by on our evening stroll.

The last pic above is the entrance to my lil cul de sac in the brush, looking out.
2moro my fuzzy partners in grime & I will REALLY check out the place - perhaps there's a spot we'll like better.

Had some javelina w/morning java - wished I'd had camera also. Pork chop pedestrians.
Bold buggers @ the very edge of the brush; the puppers were not amused.

Some thoughts on those javelinas :

Bratwursts beating about the bushes
Cracklins creeping thru the cactus
Garbage Guts gallivanting thru the greasewood
Hamhocks half-stepping thru the huisache
Pork chops on parade
Sausages sashshaying across the sand
Squealers to sliders - it's a slippery slope (just saying).

My blood sugar may be dropping, so might be time to eat.
"Here dinner, dinner, dinner ..."
