Congrats on a great find!
Questions other than all the previous ones: what are you doing for licensing and insurance?  That seems to be the big issue with dual rear wheeled over 10K GVW vehicles which were previously titled as commercial vehicles. One of the main reasons Ive avoided them.

I got my insurance online through Geico for $35/month (liability only). I just choose the 1 ton GMC Savana 3500 and typed in my VIN.
