Such fun!!! What an amazing project!!!
I've read all 701 posts, and I am totally blown away!

So inspirational!!!

Can't wait to see this Ambo in person!

Here's the cookware I've got for my road trip setup:

I have very little space to work with in my little kia, so I opted for this set because, it's compact, lightweight and gave me enough pot and pan options to work with my cooking style.

That is a nice set, I have something similar for cups and plates, just want to expand my cooking ability on the road and the Dutch oven is a time honored method.

Baloo I would buy a Lodge Dutch Oven(made in USA) and then buy the other accessories on that page you linked to. my 2 cents. highdesertranger

You're twisting my arm and busting my chops :). I've been fighting the urge for a Dutch Oven set up since I gave mine away before moving into my van. I need to find a space first. You're a bad influence Baloo

I will never give up my cast iron D.O. and set of fry pans !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hope everyone had a good Christmas! Here is my gift to the Ambo.

Clean installs Baloo. Now you can cruise down the road without worrying about LP leaks, or CO, all while sipping your favorite beverage.

Small update, did some drilling and tapping for my water/methanol fitting.

Man, you got that pan clean! I think I'd need a hot tank to get it that clean.

Finished up my gear shift boot!

First I drilled the corners with a hole saw

Then I cut the straight parts with a angle grinder

Filed the edges and installed a shift boot

The yellowed ones will be removed and covered with some diamond plate once I cut the pieces.

So after an 300 mile round trip ambo weekend, happy to report the Atwood furnace is simply awesome. It was 23 degrees outside, and I was cozy in my 70 degree ambo. Two cold weekends now, not even half a tank of propane used. Not to mention all the nights just working in the ambo with the heat on over the past month. The batteries never dropped below 12.3v after running all night! Very happy!

12.3 is really low.

Agree that 12.3 should be your limit for discharge if you can help it. Still if that is the worst case that's awesome.
