I'd have much prefered a more coach like design with a flush toilet / shower and galley along the front, with a full size bed in the rear
due to the potti room being in the rear and the main bunk / sofa sharing that space, I can have a twin only if I want to be able to get to the potti
I have not even close to filled the storage cabs with stuff, but I have to watch myself or the forward dinette / overhead bunk becomes a catch all
my actual walkable space is maybe nine feet by maybe 4 or five

Ghost,

Yes, it is a fifth wheel, 31' and a few inches by my measuring tape.  It has a rear kitchen, more storage space than I need, just right for me.  I noticed that when people enter into a kitchen, they stop and I want people to come in and feel free to sit down.  So my entrance is into the living area.

The RV park is out in the country, a river runs next to it, large sites, a walking trail, swimming pool, clubhouse, shaded playground, large shaded dog run, and laundry and shower facilities.  Rents run from $325-$450/month, depending on size, location and trees/shade.  Satellite TV, wifi, water and sewer are included, you pay your own electricity.  A propane fill station is also on site and owner will pick up your bottles, fill and return them to your site. Nearest real shopping is 12-20 miles away.  Owners live on site and enforce the rules.  There is always a waiting list.  I've been here almost three years, although my first year was in a much smaller trailer and I was gone for months at a time in my van.  It's quiet, about half are retired, a few singles, a few children over 10 yrs old I think (nice kids).  No loud music or annoyances; three times a year the owners hire a band and sponsor a party (Jul 4 with fireworks, Thanksgiving, Christmas).  They provide the meat and we all bring a covered dish and beverages.  Some people stay to themselves, some socialize with others.  There is always someone willing to help if you need it, repairs, rides, leveling, etc.  If my fiver needed to go into the shop, there are more than a few here with trucks and the skills to tow it for me.  If I have to be gone for a while, my neighbor walks my dog.  And vice verse.  It's a great little community (60 sites).

Best wishes!
