Welcome aboard Woody!
You'll need AC in the summer months!

You will not live comfortably unless you have air conditioning May through October.
Awful dry heat June through September.
Nice people, good library system, good Mexican food, good doctors/hospitals, easy to find your way around, train system into Phoenix (museums/attractions), great hiking trails, fantastic weather November through April, no police issues if you keep your nose clean, many places to park.....

I used to own & live in a bus but if that's a request its a bit vague.

Yeah I'm sorry I'm moving the mesa area in my bus in a few days. I'm living there for a couple months to train jiu jitsu and need to live cheap

Do you have an A/C unit in your bus?
Temp inside a bus without A/C in this sun is Way to hot to survive at this time of the year. Think alternative living arrangement between now and November first if you do not have access to A/C.
Sorry to have to say this, but I live here.

that link is great will help with the entire trip
thank you very much

It's till quite hot in Phx. 7:30pm and just under 100F. A car in the sun will hit 140F during the day if the outside temp is 105. Be very careful in the heat. I also would suggest not living in the bus until mid Oct at the earliest.
