Me and my van

Two weeks ago I purchased a step van to convert into a tiny house/RV.  I started researching van life about 6 months ago.  My plan is to build the van out... live in it full-time for at least two years. Eventually I'd like to purchase property where I can live in the van and garden...  I have a full-time job, I work remotely so I have some flexibility.  I'm looking for help with the major components of the build, solar, windows, water tanks... I expect to find some tips on this forum!

I'm in California until the end of the year when I move back to Phoenix AZ. I may drive the van to AZ in October if I can get the work gone.
