Interesting - I am comfortable inside with very little clothing and without heating or cooling at 55-85. Outside after i get moving down to 45. Out of that range I might turn the heat on a bit, use a fan of use the AC as last resort.
I got away from the thermostat set to 70 years ago when I started traveling a lot more and spending most of days in nature. While 70-80 is nice, our bodies are amazing at adjusting to most every condition.
Acclimatization refers to the body's ability to adjust to changing environmental conditions, particularly with regard to temperature. Life is much more enjoyable on the road using acclimatization.
