Me my gf and our dog are currently in fort collins Colorado and were looking to meet up with others before the rtr. Fort collins is NOT at all van friendly.

Lol, I just left Fort Collins (FoCo nickname) as I live there. The people are nice and I can make several suggestions on where to camp at... understand that FoCo gets bombarded with spangeres (people who hold signs and ask for hand-outs), so the police are not to friendly to nomads or other sorts. DO NOT TRY TO STAY IN TOWN, this will only bring you troubles. I'm currently in Pike NF and will be till about the eleventh. If you are in the FoCo area and are looking for camping try the Pawnee Grasslands (managed by NFS) cell can be had in many areas there and you can get most supplies in Ault except for laundry. The closest laundromat I am aware of is in Greeley.
