Does anyone know of any counties that allow part time or full time rv living on property you own? Either in Arizona or Nevada. I'm looking to buy some land and have as little restriction as possible. Thank you.

Welcome SDulina to the CRVL forums! To help you learn the ins and outs of these forums, this "Tips, Tricks and Rules" post lists some helpful information to get you started.

Most of our rules boil down to two simple over-riding principles: 1) What you post should provide good information (like your introductory post), and 2) Any response to someone else's post should make them feel glad they are part of this forum community.

We look forward to hearing more from you.

we have numerous threads on the subject. Have you done a search?

Do a search for "zillow" and you will see other threads on the subject.

People do live in RVs and trailers in my area on private property and nobody objects to that. But I'm in the mountains of far-northern California... in a remote area.

Here in eastern Kentucky, western West Virginia, and parts of southern Ohio people do this too.  But the big issue
is wanting these places to be connected to the "GRID" somehow.  Whether it be phone, cable/internet, electric etc
it allows for law enforcement to know who is there.  (so it isn't escaped prisoners, those hiding from debt collectors,
those evading alimony/child support, or those active in criminal endeavors.

LEO's (law enforcement officers) are looking for certain things like a rural mail box with a number & name on it, and
bits of evidence that indicate the resident is "solid" in his or her residency there.  This may be flower pots or beds,
some kind of garden or attended lawn that is mowed regularly, perhaps a clothes line with clothes hanging on it.
All indicating that they aren't hiding anything.

If they stop and visit you,  you can always say that you are buying the land and as money/Covid pandemic allows for building a house or buying a modular home that that's your plan.
