On normal BLM land, the rules prohibit leaving anything unattended for more than 24 hours.  I'm not sure about LTVA.
On the LTVA website, it states you can leave it unattended for up to 5 days.

My concern was coming back to a missing or gutted trailer!

Most of those concerns have been put away, due to the responses on this thread!

I've got trailers and campers sitting all over Arizona and Utah and usually leave them unattended but do get someone to check on them every few weeks. They are in very remote places and I just don't worry about someone stealing them, more worried about weather damage not being noticed.

What is yarc

YARC is a thread on this forum and on the Vandwellerforum. It’s the You Ain’t Right Club. The folks at YARC host a winter camp in Quartzsite at the La Posa North LTVA. It’s a friendly bunch and they welcome newbies and old pros alike. The community camp often has communal meals and campfires. It’s a way to meet fellow nomads and tell campfire stories and learn the ropes or share knowledge. It’s long term and people come and go. Much smaller than the RTR. It lasts all winter.
