Jobs!!! They are looking for all around maintenance to build up their fishing resort in Texas. Could be getting in on the ground floor to a year round maintenance position. You will pay 20 hours (worth $200) to camp there and then collect your pay for hours worked after that. If they don't mind you living off site, maybe there is free camping in the area. Workampers needed to fill 2 positions ASAP. We own 2 year-round RV parks 12 miles from each other and need a couple to oversee these parks. They are very small ones, first one has 16 lots and the other has 7 with 2 nightly cabins. They are both for people 55+ and they all have a year lease. The duties would include but not limited to maintaining the grounds, small maintenance projects, cleaning the 2 cabins when we have guests, landscaping and some painting. We are purchasing a small lodge with 6 units, in the next few weeks. We are looking to get these in our rental program and create a fisherman's lodge, big backyard we want to landscape and make an outdoor kitchen, fire pit, and lawn games. There is a 3 bedroom home that we want to convert into a bed and breakfast. We are looking for a couple with some skills to work on this project and make this place a comfortable vacation spot for middle class fishermen. Lake Fork is just 1/3 of a mile down the road. Lake Fork is a world renown Bass fishing lake with many big tournaments throughout the year. Ideal candidates should have some of these skills - construction skills, marketing skills including social media knowledge, breakfast cook, customer service, painting and landscaping. FHU in exchange 20 hours a week and $10/hour anything after 20 hours. We have many projects so you can work as much as you want to. So if you think you have the skills we are looking for, for either project, please email me at: [email protected] $$"

You may want to subscribe at workamper.com to receive their listings for camping jobs. They will send you quite a few jobs. Also check out end of season campground jobs at CLM Services, American Land and Leisure, RRM, and others. The summer help has gone back to school so there are short fall openings in campgrounds and national parks.
~crofter

Jobs!!! Here is the link for CLM Services, it looks like some sites in Oregon are open into the fall. Process is online application and then bug them on the phone until hired. If they want a couple, you could offer to share your camp with another single and then split up the duties. CLM is known to hire singles, even tent campers if you are a worker with a customer service attitude.

Jobs!!! Here is the link for RRM camping jobs. They do not list their openings, but if you sign up for notifications they will email openings to you. The same procedure works for them: online application followed by bugging them on the phone.

Someone says to apply thru this other site, however I did not do that. -c
"http://www.camphost.org/ is the best place to apply for RRM jobs."

RRM camping jobs are in Alabama, Arizona, California, Michigan, Minnesota, New Mexico, Tennessee, Texas, Wisconsin.

Jobs!!! Although this is an older listing, they are open year round so may have some openings due to the fall turnover. Temps are getting cooler, so could be a good spot to spend the winter.

Jobs!!! This looks like a good site for referrals to jobs. They even have one in Ehrenburg AZ. Some of the listings will have you work for hours in exchange for staying there. If your pay rate is $10 per hour and you have to work 20 hours for the site, that is the same as paying them $200 to stay there. You may want to stay there anyway, but if not you could ask if OK to live off site, since Ehrenburg has free camping, for example. Here is the referral site.
