Even though she flew away, it could be she got injured from the 4 rotors. I so hope not.

Some animals may find the high pitched buzzing/screeching these things make as offensive.  And there is the fact the animal is a predator, and the flying drone stimulates the creature's chase/attack instinct.  Like tormenting a cat with a laser pointer.
