Hi Everyone

so glad i found this site. I was starting to feel hopeless just working, coming home, working.paying bills. Now I have a plan. Going to get some finances in order so I can get on the road and enjoy life. I would really like to be part of a community that likes to travel yet gets together. anyone know of any. my google search seems to only mention slab city. Im female, 53 years old with two grown children that have their own life. Im ready to enjoy my new chapter. Thanks for reading

I think as you become more comfortable and post more, so the members here get to know you better, you will find and/or set up more "meetups" wherever you are located at any given time. Also; you may want to check out www.rvillage.com as they are/were specifically created for that kind of "community"; though I'm not really sure how "friendly" they are as I am a member, but something didn't "click" with me so I'm almost never there or check the site myself; ... many of my other nomad friends rave about it though, so ...
