Welcome little blue to the CRVL forums! To help you learn the ins and outs of these forums, this "Tips & Tricks" post lists some helpful information to get you started. We look forward to hearing more from you. come on you got to have more pics than that. hint that partially shaded solar panel probably has close to zero output. highdesertranger

Nice camp, looks like you were there for a while...do you travel much or just move now and then?

More pics and details about the bus would be great :)

Welcome to the forum. What is your awning material? It looks like a parachute.

I was there a week. Its a place i go thats close to home i took a lawn mower with me. And i camped there off and on the last two years.. its a pluged oil well location. the bus is a 93 e350 has a 7.3ltr idi diesel engine. I get about 15mpg around home. High way 18mpg. I traded a jeep cherokee for the bus last year late summer early fall. Its taking time to get her ready to travel long distance.. but that is my plan to take off and hit the open road with my dog.. and if i do ill be doing allot of boondocking. Im no fan of walmart parking lots with or with out my 150lb bullmastiff..

Thats exactly what it is a 24' parachute i bought on line. It works good, i can cover the bus and still have 10-15ft of a area to have shade.. i belive i paid $60 for it a d it was new unused and decomisiond from service.( lines were cut off but included )

Careful with the shading on that little HF solar rig.  You don't have much wattage to spare.

My solar isnt much but it keeps the battries for the bus charged as well as my phone thays about all i need it for. I can also play the sterio for days as long as i keep the pannel pointed some what tward the sun most of each day.

Some here would probably like to know if you registered the bus as an RV and was it a pita or ezy pezy? What state?

18mpg is awesome ! I get 6 on my 81 class C w/350 in a chevy 1 ton.
