He just called and they let him go a couple hours early so now, at long, long, long, long long, long last ...

WAYNE IS RETIRED!

Let the adventures begin!   (Soon)

This is a goal of mine as well...another 8 years and I can go early at 62 with no financial worries (401K/ 30 year pension/SS).

Congrats on fianally achieving it, he will be happy !

That's a big moment indeed. Congrats to Wayne and I hope he'll enjoy his retirement til he's at least a 100. haha

Congrats.

My hubby took early retirement at 52 and I am so glad he did!! More life to live now vs. work to suffer LOL

I am glad we stayed with it but it was hard. I've been disabled since 2007 but quit work 2009 on disability. Part of our adventure is the creating the cargo trailer. I worry about so many people thinking they will live off YouTube. Good for he ones who have ways to survive outside of that and still do it. We plan to not do Patreon or take money but we are going to do videos for the social aspect of it. We don't want to take away from the ones who really need it. If folks want to donate to us they can go over to the non-profit and put the $$ to good use. We are "ok" could be better but I am retired and not going to work on videos all day long. We get to play. We'll put them out when we have one and on our schedule.

You may find like us that there are "jobs" that don't take much physical effort that are really fun to do that help you adjust and focus on using time you never had before to do things you choose.
