I found this comparison interesting.  Of course it's only based on an economic comparison but fun to consider just the same.

What I find comical is that I live just across the Ohio River from West Virginia which calls itself "The Switzerland
of America".   (and I can see West Virginia from my Kitchen !)

LOL,  yeah they are !  It's a beautiful place in the summer when covered in green or in the winter when covered by snow.
