Title says it all. If you think you might have a tough time this season, I would urge you to start connecting with others who understand what you are going through. Family, friends, maybe those of us here. This can be a hard time of year for folks. Reach out, give others a chance to help you in a time of need. Just might be that you are helping them. Happy Holidays to you, Sir Owl

For a bunch of years I was alone during holidays, without family. I know very well how hard it can be. Over time I kind of got used to it, but there was still that little piece of my heart that felt out of sorts.
With Margie in my life I don't have that feeling so much.
This year we will be sharing Christmas dinner with the folks here at the RV park, a nice group.

I had a chance today to help an older couple I ran into with some things around their place they weren't able to do. While I was there they showed me an invitation for them to go to their grand daughters home for Christmas in SoCal. They had no idea how to get there or even how to start. They were lost. I was able to get in touch with the young lady and organize a shuttle to her home. I was so fortunate to be able to help. I am truly a lucky man.
