That's where I'm at right now. Both of your suggestions are right on par. I won't rush into anything just yet. I will just keep doing the research, looking for a good deal and when I have the money in hand, weigh out the options and make a decision then. Years ago I was building a house and in order to have time after working all day to get anything done to it, I bought a MH and lived on the property untill the house was complete. It took 3 yrs to finish, I learn a lot from that experience. Overall it was great but still have a lot to learn. Ok so let me throw this out there for kicks and grins, this goes back to the "what you can you live without" phase, I have a car that I just got through restoring, its not fancy or perfect but it just 10yrs of my life that I put into that I really don't want to part with right now. I built it to be "fun" with the intention of selling it later, a lot later. I was thinking of a cargo trailer so that would dictate a MH for sure. Or am I not being realistic? I am just asking for more issues? One thing for sure, if gas does go to 7-10 a gallon, I wont be able to afford to start the darn thing. I think maybe I should drive it as much as I can right now while Im getting all set up and when the day comes to go mobile, sell it off then and maybe it wont hurt so bad. I know "less is more" and as I re-read this post it hits me that there is no reason to haul this car around and I should just let it go...
