Been "studying" RV/VanDwelling/Tiny House/Downsizing for the last few years. Ok maybe 5. Haha.
I recently decided "VanDwelling" is the way I want to go.
If I could thank all the people that I've gleaned some knowledge from, I'd be here for ever making that list.

I'm not *quite* ready yet, Just prepping for now. Just waiting for the unicorn rig to drop in my inbox.

I also just went through almost a year of this studying phase of downsizing. Like you, I decided vandwelling is the way to go, for now. I like the idea of owning land but even more, I like the idea of travel. Welcome to the forum... I hope your perfect rig shows up soon.
