Surviving on coffee and coco beans.Beans are super foods too fiber, protein, minerals etc..... I like to make sure I eat my beans daily. I want to be healthy. Oh ya, chocolate comes from a bean so when I eat my chocolate cookies or what ever, I count it as part of my bean intake
