Go the the Craigslist homepage and look on the left side of the page just below the calendar.  
In the second paragraph, 5 links down (at least that's where it it with my browser) you'll see a link for best-of-craiglist. 

It's where posts that were voted funniest or most interesting go.  It's actually pretty fun to read, and you can do searches for any topic and any part of the country.  

I don't use it much, but there's some fun stuff in there.
