If I want to hardwire some 12v acceccories to my Jackery 12V/10A port, should I use a fuse block or a switch panel with fuses? Is there a difference? The total amperage of the accessories doesn’t exceed 10amps so I think this would be okay. If I can do this, what size fuses and wire should I use for .25A LED lights, 5A roof fan, 4A compressor fridge? I want all of my 12v accessories to be connected in one cigarette plug, and to be able to turn them each off individually with switches.

If you want switches, you want a switch.

Wire sizing is important, but your loads are small. There are many guides/tables. Ten gauge is convenient and works for most short run van installations.

A Jackery ciggy port isn’t ideal for this, do be careful not to overload it. Likely at some point you will want to upgrade to a standard battery controller set up.
