Basically this guy is an engineer that worked on the Mars rover and someone stole a package from his porch. The cops even with video evidence said it would be a waste of their time. So he built a video recorder inside of an expensive looking electronic gadget box that when opened dispenses micro fine glitter and fart gas. Enjoy.
