Fresh Start Help Needed Please!

Hi everybody!

I introduced myself previously, and I want to thank each of you who have
given me a warm welcome.

I am very thankful to God for a Fresh Start, and new friends!!! :heart: :heart:

As I posted in my Introduction threat, I have been homeless for 5 years,
living in my car for 4 years, and being on the street the last year.
God gave me wonderful friends who took me out of the street, by donating
for me to stay at a hotel in Tallahassee, and now with God's Grace, and
my friends help, I am buying a Runaway Camper, "The Navigator", to
rest my head at night, and end Chronic Homelessness.

Since my car quit last year, and I do not have a car now, I need help to
pick up the Camper, in Ocala, FL, and to park it in a save place for free,
since I have no income at all at this point in time. I am waiting to get
Disability Benefits, I have Food Stamps, and thanks to my friends donations
I can afford the basics such as: Monthly phone bill, Medications, Laundry,
Public Transportation, and so on.

If you are in Florida, please let me know if you can help me to take the camper to a free spot to park it, and to move. I only have a couple of
suitcases, a small bike, and probably a cot.

Anita it isn't clear to me, do you already have the free spot to park, or do you need help to find it?

Also, some people may be afraid to offer you help because they are afraid it will become a problem and you will need lots of help. I've had this happen to me so I can understand the fear. It sounds like you have other people to turn to so it shouldn't be a problem.

If they want it to be, can this be a one-time thing?

Hi Bob!

Thank you for your response. I understand completely where they are coming from. My friends and I have been looking for a spot, or a way to park it free, for a long time, without being successful, and I have also been asking around for someone with a truck to help me pick the camper up, and move.

My friends are out of State, and I just need help to be able to go from
Tallahassee to Ocala to pick it up, and to take it where I can park it.

I am pretty independent, and I really do not need anything else other than that.

There's dispersed camping in the Ocala NF so that could be a temporary solution till you find a place.

Did you buy it not having any idea where you would put it?

I have a place now in Tallahassee, but I need help from someone with a truck to pick it up, and bring it here.

At the risk of stereotyping, your writing appears to be that of a Christian woman. If that is so, perhaps you are affiliated with a church that could help. If not, I'd consider getting affiliated.
