Ford CNG transit fuel regulator problem

My CNG transit line, fuel regulator is out of adjustment 
It was messed with by the owner and I was wondering if there was a base setting? Or any suggestions. It’s not getting enough fuel/ check engine light is on.

I'm no help with that. You might try to find a fleet mechanic that works on those to ask or maybe even the propane place where you fill up might be able to or know someone.
