Fold "flat" back doors on vans?

Which makes and models of cargo vans have back doors that open all the way around so as to lie against the sides of the van (or close thereto)?

My Ford E-150 has an easy release that lets me open them completely clear of the entry, but not completely around to the side.
I think a lot of the E series has this.

The spare tire carrier on the back of my '99 Dodge 3500 is pretty great for cracking the taillight housing when opened too hard.

So, I'd say not a '99 Dodge.
