Hey folks, you might remember my post a few months back about living in a truck camper beginning this summer. I've decided to live from home for my last year of school, but still invest in some kind of vehicle to commute with, to spend nights in campus lots, weekends at ski mountains, and with a diesel engine so I can do a WVO conversion (engineering project for course credits, among the other benefits). I've been considering a truck and camper for the versatility, and it would fit within my budget of $10,000. While ready to go and versatile, the lack of stealth may cause problems in the long run, so I've been considering a DIY stealth conversion from a diesel cargo van instead. The stealth factor would definitely be appealing for my goals, and the van would likely be a better commuter/DD. Some goals I have are the ability to pull a small trailer, some form of toilet (cassette or blackwater), sink, furnace, propane stove, 3 way fridge, and again... my budget . I was thinking a mid to late 90's econoline with the 7.3, I'm in BC, Canada. What do you guys think about the choices? <div><br><div>Cheers <img border="0" align="absmiddle" src="https://vanlivingforum.com/images/boards/smilies/cool.gif"></div></div>
