Well first off thanks for all the great suggestions! What I ended up using was a large plastic contractor type garbage bag, that is until I found this bag at walgreens (see picture below). This bag is waterproof and seems to hold in any odors. It comes with a drawstring to keep it closed which is nice. Considering this was only 4 dollars I am very pleased. The garbage bags work but towards the end of the week I noticed rips and tears it them. This is a BIG bag I can put 5 days of dirty clothes in it. I keep it tucked in front of the passenger's seat, on the floor. It is not in the way (in the back living quarters) and is not viewable from the casual passerby.

Like was suggested earlier I make sure all clothing is bone dry before throwing into bag. Air fresheners seem to be a necessity though. Think I will start a new thread on homemade air fresheners.
