Direct Express

I was wondering if anyone else has had problems with Direct Express? My social security check is direct deposited to my account with them. This was fine for the first several months until last month. After having my card declined,when I knew there was plenty of money in the account, I checked my account online. Someone had charged hundreds of dollars worth of soccer equipment from a company in England. I finally got that mess cleared up.The first of this month when I went to make a withdrawal it said my pin was incorrect. So I went through the hoops and changed it. It took 3 times. That brings us to today. Another bogus charge,so I'll be spending the morning trying to fix this. Obviously I'm now going to change banks. Just curious if anyone else has had trouble with them.
