Cricket Data w/ Nighthawk MR1100

I have been using a Cricket data plan with my AT&T Nighthawk for almost two years. In my infinite wisdom, I recently decided to factory reset the Netgear Nighthawk to see if that would speed things up. Bad idea. I subsequently lost all my settings. I can't find where I located the settings for the device previously, and my Google searches aren't helping like they normally do. I'm kind of lost. Anyone else use this combo that can help me with the appropriate settings?

I'm using a Nighthawk with a TMobile plan and had the same problem. There doesn't appear to be a way to change settings on the device itself.

apn setting should probably be set to broadband.
