OK jut watched a bit of how to replace coil packs. Car, PU would be easy access....Van...A bit tougher but could be done with loads of patience. Didn't look hard, but knowing the limited space in van engines....I'd call some shops, OR post a "Job offer" on craigslist of their labor gigs and see what the prices range.

Of course, the shops could tell you what it is for sure, the others would be a replace till it's fixed which costs more.

Figure any CL vehicle will cost at least $1K in maintenance.  Tune up, brakes, service of AT.  hoses, fluids, tires.  

15 years old.  Look for rust. With that dent on the bumper, look for steering parts repairs.

The price on that van worries me, too cheap... You can lucky once in a while, but the odds are it needs more work than makes good monetary sense.
