Just a idea i had when i noticed i had to do xtra charging today because the tempature got down to negitive -3

If your batteries are 0f and IF they were fully charged, they only have ~ 60% the capacity they do if they were 77f

At 0f battery temperature, absorption voltage should be raised significantly, from 14.8v to 16.2v

Good thing that meanwell rsp-500-15 will go upto 19v eh.

Do not discharge too far either, the batteries could freeze and crack the casing.

Your numbers seem right on the money. :D
60% sounds about how it played out

According to BCI, a specific gravity of 1.15 has a freezing temperature of –15°C (5°F).

According to trojan, a specific gravity of 1.15 is around 43% charged

They sell battery warmers. but these of course consume electricity

High amp recharging will heat batteries pretty well, Some insulation could be your friend in your current temperatures

Temperature compensation is big in extreme temperatures, mine had my controller pushing 15.2v at 8 degrees a few days ago.
