Charging Solar Lantern

I just got in the solar lantern that Bob recommends from Amazon.
Please forgive my ignorance, but where do I turn it on so the sun starts charging it?

It should not need to be "on" to charge, I don't think.

You should't have to turn anything "on" to charge it. Just place it in the sun.

I recently ordered this one http://www.amazon.com/Solar-Camping...&qid=1453399465&sr=1-7&keywords=solar+lantern from Amazon. It's half the price and gets great reviews.
