Very cool. Here's a similar example from an earlier time.

On a related note, a couple times in the last year I've seen full-timers living out of smallish trailered cruiser boats. One was at an LTVA so fully self-contained with head and holding tanks.

That Caddy looks a bit overloaded!

Yeah, here I was thinking this was new and cool.

An old friend of mine used to tow his MacGregor Sailboat for use as an RV...it had a couple of beds and a head. 

Sure looked out of place in the desert. But every now and then he found some water and went sailing.
 
Among "true sailors" the Mac is disparaged as a "floating RV".

Very versatile for non-snobs though, saw a 26M with a 70HP engine in good shape go for $12K, including the custom trailer.
