Out in the Ehrenberg desert we had the first real test of the Camp Chef Pocket Puff........(about $20).....a form of PieIron used directly in the campfire filled with all wonder of things.........Hmmmmmmm
Tonite we're having breakfast biscuits........Pillsbury Orange Rolls.......the dough is cut into small pieces and half-fills the pie iron........and the iron is closed and placed above the HOT coals
Turning...........and checking............Here's the almost final product........We dropped the "balls" into a baggie w/Orange sugar topping......what a gooey pleasure food at the campfire
................Ooopps......... there's one that got away........
next time it's cornbread !!!!!!!
