Odd coincidence today regarding 29 Palms.

On another forum, non-nomad and UK based, someone posted a query, did anyone know of any current science/physics research projects in the 29 Palms area, stating that all they could find was the Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center. Live fire testing there might be considered physics research.
