Anyone have a source for cadmium telluride (cdte) panels in the US?

The only company in the US I've found with the panels is First Solar, but it seems like they only sell for commercial use.

I did find some in China that could be bought in small bulk amounts (like 5 80w panels for $100/each). Anyone have any other sources for these? If someone has them what's your experience been like with them?

Toledo Solar is manufacturing them now in Ohio, and unlike First solar, their primary market will be domestic and small business applications. It is a new company though, and it could be hard to find their panels in the market.
