I'm looking for advise and tips for living on the road while dealing with Lupus. I did a keyword search and found 2 ppl stating they had Lupus but were not living on the road and only hoping to travel part time.
Lupus is an auto-immune disease where your immune system gets confused and attacks healthy tissues and organs. One of the main triggers to a Lupus flare-up is UV rays, so spending time in the sun during peak hours is not an option for me. You could think of this as being allergic to sunshine.
I plan to incorporate the strategy I use in my sticks and bricks such as sunscreen, protective clothing, producing my own shade....., but would really like to hear from others hoping for more ideas. Thanks in advance!
