AMAZING tiny house trailer!

This tiny house on wheels blew my mind.  Talk about use of space!

That was actually pretty cool. One fault was most the weight was on one side of the trailer. Having the weight more evenly distributed would be more beneficial if one were towing a lot. If it is more for being in one spot for long periods of time instead of being on the road, then that is much less of a factor.
