Has anyone put in electric side view mirrors on a Chevy Express? My husband thinks opening the window to adjust them is barbaric. And truth be told, adjusting the passenger one sans a passenger is a pain. Any experience in this?

Most of the vehicle's made in the past decade have the wiring for mirror's factory installed, just remove the the trim on the inside of the door and remove the old mirror look in the door panel for the wires
If they aren't installed just go to your local junk yard and get a set of mirror's with the wires and switches much cheaper than dealer.

That so far has been a hard adjustment for me having manual mirrors. I have a Ford and will eventually install the electric mirrors. I use the electric mirrors for backing into parking spots, not any more. Still tinkering my passenger side mirror after a week.

Get them done for him.
Be kind to your hubby month just started.

I find electric mirrors a must have, due to a bad back, I have to adjust the seat often. Every time I adjust the seat I need to adjust the mirrors.
