Hi guys been youtubing since may but I have been rving since 3 years old in 1985. In fact was a joke in my family you had to have a suburban, travel trailer and chihuaha to be a full member.

I worked for three years as an auto mechanic incl for a chrysler dealership. I worked for 11 years as a semi truck driver. I became disabled from years of abuse to my body and advanced arthritis in my back. I have two titanium discs in my neck. (I am 36 btw) so now before i cant travel anymore hopefully not for a long time, i got a 1979 class c eldorado malibu. I traded a tv for it and i am rebuilding it on my channel

This winter me and my wife are going south and then east so i can see all the things and stop the places i couldn't driving a semi. Wife hasnt been traveling much in her life so it will be all new for her.

We have thousand trails so most of the time we will be there. Seen things about rtr and figured old roger el dorado (thats the motorhomes name) would fit in there.

We have no propane, and a wood stove, plan on a rain carchment to my fresh water tank and then solar eventually.

By the way we plan on roger being a big guest book so come meet us and sign roger. The adventure begins oct 1

Welcome to the CRVL forums Mobile.homesteadrv!

To help you learn the ins and outs of these forums, this "Tips, Tricks and Rules" post lists some helpful information to get you started.

Most of our rules boil down to two simple over-riding principles: 1) What you post should provide good information (like your introductory post), and 2) Any response to someone else's post should make them feel glad they are part of this forum community.

We look forward to hearing more from you.

Welcome to the adventure! I have a woodstove in my S&B, but nowhere to put one in my van, lol. I hope you guys have a wonderful excursion :)
