2002 Dodge Ram 1500 Van bouncing speedometer even in park.

Started not long after having torque converter replaced. Had front and rear speed sensors and repair harnesses replaced for $200 and didn't fix the problem. Runs great until the speedometer goes wacky then it doesn't want to shift. Any experiences with this problem? Stuck in Kingman.
