late to the party but have you considered -replacement patio screen doors ? or the old porch screen doors , heck even considering building one from 1x4's (flat) and stapling screen on it make some type of track or hanging method to keep the screen door in place in the opening?

any custom vehicle that you work on is never TRUELY done . we'll all probably will be buried before any of our "project" vechicles get done.
