Would getting another portable be too much ?

My work , my gym , my mail , is all in a radius of a mile. Yet I pay 1,700.00 monthly for rent. It’s just maddening, would I miss the comforts of home ? Probably, But I think I just wanna get weird and stop paying someone else’s mortgage… put that money into the bank and my rig if need be.
