I use a public mailbox at the UPS store. I use my mailbox number as my Suite # eg. Suite 102 123 Anystreet St Anytown, ON Never had any issues with insurance, medical, driver's licence, even passport office accepted it.

Cheat on the address.... Suite 101 and the general delivery address...just let the mailbox guy know your expecting package..I have done that with packages for over two years now.
