    I see so many people seem to mount wooden slats to the metal frame of the van and THEN attach their walls to those wooden slats. But if the slats are anchored by the metal frame, then could you just not attach the wall directly to the metal frame and save some space? And a step and some money...

    Thank you, that certainly narrows my search. That is all I was looking for and it is good to know some of the better sites to look and that I only need to worry about those 3 vans. I did find that an average parking spot is 19.5 feet so that helps.
