Hey guys, about to start initial stages of my build. I'm curious about sound deadening materials. I think its a good idea to have. I'm wondering if I can forgo insulation with something like this...

I just bought a van. It as a bunch of electronics in it. Should I keep anything on the inside? I might keep the lights as a facade on the exterior. I have to decide now before installing insulation. Pictures:
